Please save the week of July 1-3, 2025 for 3 days of festivities. However, if you are unable to attend all 3 days, you are welcome to join for as much as you can!
Tuesday, July 1
Benvenuto in Italia!
For those who get to town on the early side, we will be starting things off right with a Beach Club Day at La Conca Del Sogno!
Please note - we will depart for the day as a group on one bus at 9am from the Piazza in Ravello, so if you plan to join us for the day (and we hope you do!), please plan to arrive in Ravello or Amalfi the night before (Monday, June 30th).
Attire: Chic Beachwear with a touch of Slim Aarons
Itinerary
8:30am - Meet in Ravello Main Square
9:00am - Depart Ravello via Bus
(it’s a 20 minute drive to Amalfi but we are adding in extra grace time)
10:00am - Board the boat from Amalfi Pier (if you are staying in Amalfi the night before, you can just meet us at the pier!)
11:00am - Arrive at La Conca Del Sogno
11:00am - 5:00pm - Enjoy lunch, cocktails, dancing, swimming & sunning (see photo to the right of the Beach Terrace!)
5:00pm - Board the return boat for Amalfi
7:30pm - Arrive back in Ravello
Wednesday, July 2
Morning & Afternoon
Today you are welcome to do whatever your hearts’ desire - check out Amalfi, relax by your hotel’s pool, or explore Ravello.
If you would like to venture toward Amalfi, Positano, or Capri on this day, please reach out to us so we can help make a few recommendations!
Evening
Please join us for a Wedding Eve celebration at Trattoria Da Lorenzo in the nearby town of Scala!
Attire: Iconic Italian (Cocktail, but make it Red Carpet Meets Red Sauce)
7:00 - 10:00pm
Shuttles will be provided round-trip from the Ravello Piazza. Please meet in the Piazza at 6:45pm.
A range of Italian appetizers, cocktails, and fresh pizzas will be served.
Thursday, July 3
The Big Day!
You are welcome to enjoy Ravello or relax at your accommodations as we prepare for the evening’s celebration!
Attire: Colorful & Creative Black Tie
5:15pm - Arrival to Villa Cimbrone + Welcome Drinks
Garden of 4 Dancers
6:00pm - Wedding Ceremony (see FAQ for more details on a Quaker Wedding Ceremony)

6:45pm - Cocktail Hour immediately to follow at Villa Cimbrone - location to be announced
8:00pm - Dinner & Dancing!
